IIS does a 301 redirect but there's no redirect in any of the web.config files

www.wall-maps.com/framed-world-maps/classic-world-map-framed.asp does a 301 redirect to itself but the framed-world-maps folder does not exist on the server nor is this string found anywhere in any of the web.config files for that website. Where else could that redirect be coming from??
