Help create simple Rules

Hello,

I have simple rules but nothing seems to work.  Worked on this for two days.  It should be simple, but it does not work.  Please help.

Internet comes in and we have three operations:

1. IIS on main server hosting things

2. A service (Not IIS) on the main server hosting things

3. A downstream (another box) hosting things

Traffic comes into our main server IIS 8 with ports 80 and 443 of course.

I need to know how to do these 3 things in this order:

1. If it has mygc.com in the address, I need it to stay on this box (10.0.0.1) but reroute to port 4444, sending it to port 4444 KEEPING the full URL and PARMS.   This can come in aswww.mygc.com or mygc.com or mygc.com/hello  (Stop rules)

2. If it has /iqr in the URL portion, forward to another box (10.0.0.2) and Port 8080 - keeping the original domain as well as the full url and parms.  This comes into the box as "www.ourmaindomain.com/iqr?parm1=1&parm2=2 (Stop rules)

3. Otherwise, STAY ON THIS BOX AND USE THIS IIS as-is with how it comes in.

Specific help would be appreciated and I would like to use WildCard expressions if possible as they seem easier, but not a requirement.  I do have ARR installed.  But, I can't figure it out and it is taking a long while (DAYS) and we are running out of time fast.   :-(
