Import Rules from a Web Rewrite.config file

Hi Team,

We made a new website by creating a copy of an existing codebase(which already has the Web.Rewrite.Config file) and creating a new instance in IIS.

I am not able to see any rules in IIS URL rewrite module and when I try to import from this URL Rewrite config , I don't see the apply button. I also tried changing the format to xml file.

Any suggestions or help appreciated.
