URL Rewrite Module IIS 7

Hello,

my problem my subdomain en.domain.com points to my webserver ip. Now i want to redirect the subdomain to a url path in sharepoint 2010

http://IP/path. I tried it many time in the URL Rewrite Module in IIS. Whats the right method ? I want to my subdomain String in the URL. I only want to point it to the sharepoint path correctly.
